Salt Breeze Properties LLC ("Salt Breeze," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use our website or submit our contact form, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What we collect

When you submit our "Book your free walkthrough" form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number
• Your property address and property type
• Any additional details you write in the message field

We do not collect any information from visitors who simply browse the site without submitting the form. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule your free walkthrough, and discuss our property management services with you. We do not sell your information.

If you check the "Send me occasional updates and offers" box on our form, we'll also add your email to our marketing list to send you occasional news and offers about Salt Breeze Properties. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time — doing so won't affect any walkthrough request or service you've already asked us about.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and are automatically screened for spam using Netlify's built-in filtering (Akismet) and a hidden honeypot field. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as a service provider and does not use it for its own purposes. You can review Netlify's own privacy practices at netlify.com/privacy.

If you check the "Send me occasional updates and offers" box, your name and email are also sent to Brevo, our email marketing platform, so we can send you that marketing correspondence. You can review Brevo's privacy practices at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (such as Netlify, for form hosting, and Brevo, for marketing emails if you opt in) or if required by law.

Retention

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us below.
